1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sondai AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sondai AI provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for AI-powered voice agents and workflow automation, serving businesses in customer support, debt collection, appointment booking, and related verticals. The Service includes:
- AI voice agent configuration and deployment
- Multi-user organization management with role-based access
- Transactional SMS delivery for account security (OTP and 2FA)
- Web-based dashboard for platform management
- API access for platform integrations (on applicable plans)
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
Sondai AI is intended for business use. By registering, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The information you provide during registration is accurate and current
- You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if registering on its behalf
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@sondai.ai
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Paid Subscriptions
Use of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the fees associated with your selected plan
- Automatic billing on the applicable cycle
- Overage charges for usage exceeding your plan limits
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Service continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial periods
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted upon request
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use Sondai AI to:
- Conduct illegal activities or promote unlawful behavior
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or unauthorized telemarketing
- Impersonate another person or business
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Sondai AI sends SMS text messages to users as part of its account security and authentication service. This section governs those messages.
6.1 Program Description
Sondai AI's SMS messaging program is a transactional, security-only service. Messages are limited to one-time passcodes (OTP) for account registration and login two-factor authentication (2FA). No marketing, promotional, or recurring messages are sent.
6.2 Consent and Opt-In
SMS messages are sent only to users who have self-registered on the platform and provided their phone number for account security purposes during the registration process. Consent is established at the point of account creation.
6.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity but is limited to transactional security messages triggered by your own actions. We do not send recurring marketing messages.
6.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sondai AI does not charge recipients for receiving SMS messages, but carrier charges may apply.
6.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will confirm your opt-out and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS may affect your ability to complete two-factor authentication.

6.7 Privacy and Data Sharing
Phone numbers and SMS-related data collected through the messaging program will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6.8 Supported Carriers
Sondai AI's SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is subject to change.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by Sondai AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use our trademarks without written permission
You retain ownership of your organization's data and content you provide to the Service.
8. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support availability and response times vary by plan.
9. AI Technology Limitations and Disclaimer
9.1 AI Can Make Mistakes
Our AI-powered voice and automation systems, while advanced, are not perfect and may:
- Misunderstand or misinterpret inputs
- Provide inaccurate or incomplete responses
- Generate incorrect outputs
- Fail to properly execute workflows in all circumstances
9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
SONDAI AI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE AI SYSTEM. THE AI TECHNOLOGY UNDERLYING OUR PLATFORM IS PROBABILISTIC IN NATURE AND OUTPUTS MAY VARY. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR AI SHOULD BE VERIFIED INDEPENDENTLY BEFORE TAKING ACTION.
9.3 Assumption of Risk
BY USING SONDAI AI, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AI TECHNOLOGY IS INHERENTLY IMPERFECT, ERRORS WILL OCCUR, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH RELYING ON AI-GENERATED INFORMATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS AND MAINTAINING APPROPRIATE HUMAN OVERSIGHT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sondai AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment method fails and is not updated
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
